Every home we looked at she pointed out things that we as buyers wouldn’t normally consider especially from being out of state. We cannot rave enough about the way that our realtor, Angie Williams, went about the sale of our property. She was referred to us by our neighbor after she helped him sell his home in a couple of days with a quick closing. We called her and she was out to visit our house the next day. We gave her the tour and she said that it looked like it was ready for market. She told us about her method of presenting a house to the market and she offered a very competitive fee as our full-service realtor. There was never a high-pressure moment in any of our conversations. The next day she had a professional photographer arranged, an appraiser to re-measure the square footage since she thought it was actually larger and the for sale sign planted in the yard. Her team sent us pre-closing documents with the full cost of selling our house with all fees, taxes, and closing costs involved. She gave us a comparative market analysis but told us to come up with a price that we wanted. We gave it to her the next day and it was listed on the MLS that night. She arranged for a showing that weekend, calling us to keep us informed on all offers and feedback from other realtors. On Monday she presented us with nearly a dozen offers and we accepted one with a quick closing, no inspections and no appraisals for $48,000 more than the asking price! We closed two-and-a-half weeks later; all told it was under one month from start to finish! Angie and her team were on the ball and aggressively worked for our interests. Her kindness, integrity, sense of honor and professionalism is a rarity in any business. We cannot thank her and her team enough for all that they have done. Angie is a rockstar! We found her when she sold several homes in our neighborhood. We noticed their signs went up on a Thursday, Saturday there was an open house and on Monday sold signs went up! We were so surprised that we grilled our neighbors if their homes really went under contract so quickly? And they had! We called Angela that same day. She came over to view our house, and my husband and I immediately liked her. She was so friendly and very professional; not snobby like a lot of Realtors can be. She was honest and direct too, which we appreciated. Our house was vacant so Angie spruced up our home by staging the main areas to give it a homey feel. Just like with our neighbors, Angie had a sign up on Thursday, an open house on Saturday and three offers later we were under contract by Monday. We were shell shocked by the whole thing.
