Angie is a rockstar! We found her when she sold several homes in our neighborhood. We noticed their signs went up on a Thursday, Saturday there was an open house and on Monday sold signs went up! We were so surprised that we grilled our neighbors if their homes really went under contract so quickly? And they had! We called Angela that same day. She came over to view our house, and my husband and I immediately liked her. She was so friendly and very professional; not snobby like a lot of Realtors can be. She was honest and direct too, which we appreciated. Our house was vacant so Angie spruced up our home by staging the main areas to give it a homey feel. Just like with our neighbors, Angie had a sign up on Thursday, an open house on Saturday and three offers later we were under contract by Monday. We were shell shocked by the whole thing. We couldn’t believe it. Angie presented each offer to us and talked them through with us, giving us pros and cons for each offer. From her guidance we were able to make an informed decision. Because we had three offers, we were blessed to have actually gotten more than our asking price. Angie is humble and will say the market was fast compared to now, which was probably a contributing factor, but my gut tells me it was more Angie’s experience than anything else. We normally sell our home ourselves (we’re cheap), but we were never happier to have had Angie’s help to get us a great offer so quickly. She knows how to read the market. She does her homework and guides you to an appropriate listing price. This, combined with her hard work, really was a game-changer for us. She is such a go-getter and has gained us as clients for life! You won’t regret using Angie.
